Why private label?

Private label products can be lower cost alternatives to regional, national or international brands. Private labelling allows you to create a brand to best reach your existing customers or a new defined target market. You won't have to spend your time and extra money to create your own products. We are a one stop shop.

How do I get started?

Contact us for more information at info@yourownlabelcbd.com. We will provide you with all the information you require as well as a password to access our pricing section of the webpage.

Is payment required to begin processing my order?

Depending upon the size of your order, a minimum of 50% non-refundable deposit is required.

What forms of payment are accepted?

For orders, we accept bank wire and ACH transfers. All payments are required in USD.

Are your products tested on animals?

Not at all. None of our products are tested on animals.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for your products?

Our private label products are available to you for a MOQ of 50 units per SKU.

What is your turnaround time?

This all depends on the label design and printing process. You will work with our designer to produce a label that you are happy with. This usually takes 10-14 days. Once printed, we can have orders ready to ship from our warehouse in the USA in 2-3 weeks.

How does label design work?

We have a designer that you will work with. Due to regulations of many different countries including the USA, there is a template which must be followed. Otherwise you provide us with your logo, suggested colour range and we go from there. There is a one time minimal charge for label design per SKU.

Do you provide the labels?

Our pricing includes printing of labels as well as application to the bottles/containers. Due to compliance reasons, we are only able to apply labels our design team has created, reviewed and printed.

Can I print my own labels?

Yes you can. However, you will need to apply them yourself. We would ship your products to you unlabelled in this case.

What certifications do you have?

The manufacturing plants are GMP certified as well as registered with the FDA.

Do you provide COAs (Certificate of Analysis)?

Upon request, we do provide them for you. They do not come with your company name on them however. If you require that, it would require additional fees as the lab would need to test them again.

Will you ship direct to my customers?

No. We will ship to your place of business so that you can distribute them.

What kind of packing material do you use?

Our warehouse team packs your product appropriately so that your product travels as safely as possible. Please note, that while we pack to reduce the risk of damage, we cannot be held liable in instances when best practices have been employed and damages have occurred due to mishandling by the carrier.

I live outside the USA. Can you ship to my country?

Depending on the laws of your country (outside the USA), we can ship either to your USA-based mail forwarder or if you hold the necessary permits, we can ship direct to you.
